Ubicado muy cerca del metro. A poca distancia de lugares para comer.
La habitación daba directamente a la calle, el barrio parecía poco recomendable. Los clientes de la discoteca cerca son ruidosos. El desagüe de la ducha necesita una revisión. Hay olor a humedad en el dpto.
