I stayed for a few nights and the hotel was great. The staff were polite and supportive, the room large and clean. Everything was maintained well, beautiful flowers everywhere. I really enjoyed and can't recommend it enough!

After a wonderful experience staying in an apartment in Hanoi, I decided to change my initial hotel booking to this apartment, and overall it was a pleasant stay. The unit was very clean, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent, which made my two-night stay very comfortable. Communication with the owner through Agoda and WhatsApp was smooth and hassle-free, especially for check-in and check-out. The location, however, requires some walking, as many Grab drivers were unfamiliar with the entrance and dropped me off at the main road. This wasn’t a major issue but is worth noting for first-time visitors. The only reason I reduced my rating was due to the check-in and communication experience with the security guard. He was friendly, but communication was quite difficult due to the language barrier. During check-in, he kept pointing to a Vietnamese message on his phone, and I was only able to proceed after spotting my name on a piece of paper at the counter. When I reached my unit, there was no electricity, and the issue was resolved only after I brought the guard to the room, as it was hard to explain the problem verbally. On my last night, I informed the owner in advance that I would need to pay by card during early check-out, and this was agreed upon. However, when I returned to the unit, the security guard again tried to explain something in Vietnamese that I couldn’t understand. The situation was eventually resolved after he contacted the owner. No offense intended, but this part of the experience was a bit frustrating, especially since I have stayed in other apartments where security staff didn’t speak English but managed the process more smoothly. Aside from this, the apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-managed. During my stay, the reception counter was unattended most of the time, with only the security guard available for assistance.

This place far exceeded my expectations. It’s tucked away in a quiet spot, away from all the street noise, so every time you come back, you actually get to relax and end the day right. The unit is well-maintained and clean. The shower area and restroom in each unit are spotless and look pretty new—I could honestly spend hours in there. The bed is comfortable and clean too. Overall, it feels hotel-quality even if it’s not a hotel. The only downside is that if you’re looking for extra amenities, there aren’t any. But if you just need a solid, comfortable place to stay, this is a really great option.

Finding it is hard, but the other side of the hotel is the west Lake so on the end location is ok. If the pricing is slightly lower under 1M/night we would be inclined to come back. New apartment hotel so extremely clean. Like a 10 clean.
