We spent five nights at the PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Hanoi in late June 2026. Our experience here was consistently positive and highly professional. The Suite & Room Experience We stayed in a 2-bedroom Deluxe Suite on the top floor. The layout is well-conceived, with windows facing three directions, allowing for excellent natural light and an airy, open feel. Having two small balconies added a practical element to the space. It is a well-maintained suite that covers all necessary requirements for an extended stay. Service and Professionalism The standout factor at this property is undoubtedly the staff. During our stay, I experienced a minor personal injury, and the response from the team was exemplary—not just in terms of immediate first aid, but in their proactive follow-up throughout the remainder of our stay. This demonstrates a culture of genuine service that is often lacking in many modern hotels. Location and Logistics For those who prefer to avoid the density of the primary tourist districts, the location along the West Lake promenade is excellent. It offers a quieter, more residential atmosphere without sacrificing convenience. Local amenities, such as grocery stores and restaurants, are easily accessible on foot. Regarding transport, booking Grab was seamless; the location allows for efficient movement across the city, as we encountered no significant issues with traffic or vehicle access at any time of day. Facilities The indoor pool is a well-maintained, quiet facility. It serves its purpose well and was rarely crowded during our visit, making it accessible regardless of weather conditions. The breakfast offering is varied and of good quality, served in a lounge-style environment that encourages a relaxed start to the day. Observations for Future Guests While our stay was excellent, there are two minor functional points worth noting for those with specific preferences: * Sleeping Comfort: The mattresses are firmer than the typical soft Scandinavian standard. If you are particularly sensitive to bed firmness, it is advisable to request a mattress topper from housekeeping; the team is very responsive to such requests. * Climate Control: The air conditioning unit in the living area has a robust output. Even at the lowest setting, the airflow can be quite directed and cool. We addressed this by requesting additional blankets, which resolved the issue. Summary The PARKROYAL Serviced Suites is a reliable, high-performing property. It is best suited for guests who prioritize a serene environment, high-quality service, and a functional living space over being in the center of the tourist hub. The combination of the professional staff and the quiet, well-managed premises makes it an easy recommendation for travelers seeking a comfortable and consistent experience in Hanoi. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location by the lake was absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly and incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service.

This is a new hotel , everything is good except don’t choose city view , it might end up facing Hospitsl room.

Not recommended to the person who required extreme silent for stay, the surrounding noisy will affect the quality of sleeping, and the location are not really convenient place, but the hotel are clean and the staff are nice!
