    Great hotel, spacious room with kitchen, washing machine and balcony with West Lake views Nice pool and gym. Food and drinks available from the restaurant, very nice food.. Staff were lovely and friendly. Only issue I had, was the AC was very noisy and clearly needed maintenance.

    We spent 5 nights here and loved it! Amazing big pool to cool down after exploring and nicely stocked gym to exercise. We included breakfast which was a good selection of hot and cold foods. Staff were amazing and the room was super clean. We had an amazing view of the lake and the pool. We wished we could have stayed a little longer! Highly recommended

    Unfortunately, my experience did not match the high ratings. The hotel itself feels quite dated, and the corridors had a noticeable musty smell. More importantly, the staff were among the least friendly I encountered during my trip. What made the checkout particularly uncomfortable was the way I was pushed to leave an online review immediately. Instead of first asking how my stay had been, a staff member stood next to me with a smartphone and waited while I was supposed to write the review, and they also wanted to take a photo of it afterwards. I found this very pushy and uncomfortable, as reviews should be voluntary and written privately. After I declined to do it at that moment, there was not even a proper goodbye when I left. Overall, the experience felt much less welcoming and polished than the rating suggests.
