    I came to stay here with my friends everything is good

    Sent email for late check in and checkout but not received any response and was asked by customer service at 10:20 morning to check out at 12 and they blamed everything on system fault.

    NEW FALCON PALAS is one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. After arriving, they came up with ridiculous excuses to make us pay again, saying things like “we are full” and “we work on first come, first serve basis” despite having a confirmed booking. They then tried pushing us to another hotel through their “friend.” Very unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable behaviour. They are damaging Agoda’s reputation by treating customers this way. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free stay.
