Late checkout time.
Good price.
Our room had a double and a living room qith a single bed rather than a sofa bed
Finding the property was confusing - a large building sublet to many different accomodation agencies.
Gym was an additional cost.
No spa baths etc.
Commuication was poor, my check in time was after 23.00 and my email told me this was outside working hours. I messaged - no response.

The value was ok. We just needed a place to stay near the airport and it was pretty convenient. It was quiet at night, and the 24 hour check in was helpful.
The staff when we arrived were unfriendly. The rooms are a little run down, e.g. one of the lights in the bathroom did not work, the bin was slightly broken and the paint/wallpaper was chipping away. There was a draught coming from the window although it was closed, and due to the position of the bed this was very near my head as I was sleeping. The room smelt of stale smoke.
