فندق جميل جدا و اجواء جميله من كل النواحي هدوء و فطور جميل و بخصوص العاملين بشوشين و وافضل معامله و مساعده وان شاء الله بنحجز مرة ثانيه

النظافة في الفندق ممتازة جدًا، وهي من أبرز مميزاته، والغرف مرتبة والعناية بالنظافة واضحة. كما أن جميع الموظفين محترمون ومتعاونون ويقدمون خدمة راقية تستحق الشكر.
لكن سعر الحجز عبر الموقع مرتفع مقارنة بما يقدمه الفندق. كما أنني اخترت هذه الغرفة لأن الصور المعروضة عند الحجز كانت تُظهر أن النهر يجري مباشرة أسفلها، إلا أنني تفاجأت عند الوصول بأن مجرى النهر قد تم تغييره، وأصبح يمر على بُعد حوالي 3 أمتار من الغرفة، لذلك لم تعد الإطلالة مطابقة للصور المنشورة.
أتمنى من إدارة الفندق تحديث الصور ووصف الغرف بما يعكس الواقع، حتى لا تتكون لدى النزلاء توقعات غير صحيحة. وبالرغم من تميز النظافة وحسن تعامل الموظفين، فإن هذه التجربة لا تشجعني على تكرار الزيارة مرة أخرى
