    A very affordable and decent option if you need to stay in this part of town. I stayed for 12 days on a work trip and found the hotel met my needs. The standout feature is the staff—particularly Khun Nat and her family. Nat was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, assisting with TM30 paperwork for my visa, resolving minor noise issues, and responding promptly and effectively to emails. Her English is excellent, which made communication easy. The hotel offers a variety of room styles. I stayed in one of the most basic rooms, located in the cement dorm-style building. It’s not as charming as the wooden teak houses on the property, but it was functional. The air-conditioning worked well, the shower had hot water, and both the sheets and towels were clean. The mattress was very hard, which is typical in Asia and fine for some, but those used to softer Western-style beds might find it uncomfortable. The room itself could use some updating, and the walls needed a thorough clean. Still, there was a fridge and enough space to be comfortable. The pool was a pleasant surprise, clean, well-maintained, and usually empty. The hotel grounds include some cute garden areas and rest spaces. One thing to note: if you’re a light sleeper or like to sleep in, bring earplugs. A very loud rooster starts early. Within 20 minutes walking distance you can get to UCIS, ACIS, coffee shops, a 24-hour laundromat, and a 7/11. Overall, it’s not a fancy stay, but for the price, it’s a good value, especially with such friendly and responsive staff.
