    The hotel has been given the 3 Stars rating by ministry of tourism. I really doubt this rating as this hotel is beyond exceptional in everything. The room was absolutely perfect, had alot of amenities and on demand everything was available too. The breakfast was very good too. They even let me do the late checkout too Though it was like 30 minutes walk from Haram(which is the dropback) But very easy access with taxi if needed Overall, I’d say I got a 5 star treatment in 3 Star hotel

    Alhamdulillah, my staying are good and I satisfied with this hotel, a bit further from Masjidilharram, however the shuttle bas is always there and easy for us to pick up taxi to Miqat. The taxi always available at any time. The staff and their housekeeping team are very helpful. Breakfast is good and I always take after my Umrah.... Alhamdulillah

    I stayed 8 nights here and have perfect experience here so calm n clean rooms, staff is so cooperative. Amount is very reasonable. Shuttle service also so good. There was a bell boy Jayad or I guess Zayad, he is one man show, u need anything he is there for you. One thing is most bad which I have faced, their breakfast is like worst of the worst, everything on the menu was so pity even their breads too. They seriously need to improve the quality of breakfast to make it fresh. Overall experience was good

    The hotel itself is well maintained and good value for money. However their shuttle service to the haram is very inefficient. Additionally they drop at Jarwal bus station which is 20 - 25mins walk to the haram. Impossible in the hot weather. I had to take a taxi few times to save on time. Additionally the breakfast I got through Agoda was very basic as they have 2 floors of breakfast and the good one is not covered in agoda bookings.
