    My 2nd visit to this hotel, 1st in dec 2019 and will visit again next time. The hotel have managed to keep the room spotless and comfy. Staff were very nice and helpful, shoutout to Lamar (reception) and Alam (room attendant) for making our stay a memmorable one.

    Exceptional stay. I enjoyed it very much. Everything was really perfect. Location is exactly what I was looking for. Immaculate cleanliness and staff are really helpful.

    Arrived to hotel in early hours of morning after a long flight to be told I would need to pay extra for my children even though I booked a room for 4 people. The two guys at reception were extremely rude and unhelpful. They explained the children stay for free but the room we booked through Agoda only had 2 single beds so we have to pay extra for the children. I had two rooms booked and asked them to cancel both bookings as I'd rather stay elsewhere than pay to stay in a hotel where staff behave like this. Suddenly the attitude changed and they processed the rooms and gave one quad and one double as booked. Didn't expect this at the Hyatt and certainly won't be staying with them ever again. Compared to other 5 star hotels in Makkah the quad room was very cramped.
