    The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful. Our stay was very comfortable. Facilities were good but could use a bit more variety. Overall it offered pretty good value for money and we would definitely recommend it.

    close to the station (both metro & Sao bento). nice staff, neat place. gave a welcoming porto wine + small piece of chocolates every day. room was clean. think there is a accommodation nearby that makes a bit of noice though.

    family of 3 stayed here, location was superb, you dont need a hotel room , the appartment was great and enough space, done to hotel standard, supermarket 5 min walk is very handy, i would have preffered firmer pillows in all honesty but this is a minor point , i will stay here again ..

    Please do not lie on the couch. My partner was bitten by bed bugs for the first time in his life, resulting in 13 bites. The staff were very kind, the location was excellent, and the beddings were clean; however, the condition of the couch was deeply upsetting. We are extremely disappointed.
