Location, quality and service.
Pool was very small, water was cold and it was accessed through a restaurant area.

Perfect position in Porto, easy walking to all the sites, close to the train and bus lines, with restaurants and cafes a step outside. Our room was comfortable and clean; all the amenities we needed, including an excellent selection at breakfast. The staff were so friendly, really made us feel welcome. The whole vibe of the hotel was modern elegance. We would definitely stay here again.
Not really a criticism, but the pool is on the small side and was in shade - so cool - the times we visited ie not great for kids.

Beautiful clean property.
Swimming pool a bonus.
The location was a bit tricky as it’s at the top of the hill.
It’s a bit of a climb uphill from the river.
Manageable but be fit.
Worth it for the lovely hotel.
