    This is a must option to book especially for solo travelers whos6okay with sharing the room with other guests. Clean place, very accommodating staff. I had to check in very early in the morning at 2am the next day instead of the usual 2pm on the booking day. They accommodated so well. They respond promptly. Talking about the location and building itself, it's fantastic, classy, beautiful.

    I understand if there's going to be additional fee to be collected onsite (which by the way is NOT even mentioned BEFORE you book it) but the thing is, I was asked ₱300 as "deposit" which I was told would be returned the moment I check out. Lo and behold, I checked out at 9:59AM but the one in charge is nowhere to be found! Needless to say, I didn't get refunded! I made several follow ups. I even chatted here on Agoda. It's now Wednesday. I checked out Saturday, 4 days ago. Still no refund! Moreover, I didn't even get any sleep at all. You know why? There's a lot of cockroaches -- the small brown kind you'd usually see on BPO coffee vendo machines.. those kinds and also, there's BEDBUGS! Ang daming surot inangyan! And here's the thing, when I got home, I saw one small cockroach came off my laptop! So I got to take home a free cockroach. Hopefully isa lang. The place is literally INFESTED with them -- from the bed, to the table, the kitchen, and even while taking a shower -- which by the way, the heater is NOT working! The smell of -- I think that's the pipes (not sure if it's from the lavatory, the drainage from the CR or the lababo) and the whole room's filled with that awful stinking smell! Well, at least the aircon's working --- but the TV, not sure if Netflix was even installed coz I even have to hit 'download' the Amazon Prime (though didn't get to login as there's no way I'm logging in my account there)! Too bad the lowest score here is 1. This would've been an easy ZERO.
