We stayed here almost every year and they always maintain their unit. It's always clean and complete. The location is perfect for those who wants to enjoy the City. Nearby SM Megamall and Edsa Shang. The owner is very approachable.
Elevator has less sensor. It automatically closes. Not allowed to hang clothes at the balcony. (This is a policy from SMDC)

The place is clean and smells good. No pests, that’s what I like the most. The bed is comfy. Fast internet.
It’s not that I don’t like but it’s a suggestion. Put aome liquid handsoap and liquid dishwashing soap.

Close to LRT
Sofa & bed needs updating. Washing machine need proper set up. Staff aren't very helpful. A bit of walk for finding taxi.
