    This is my 2nd time visiting the unit. I vhose it because of the location next to the pool and gym. Place is clean and complete. It also includes toiletries and dishwashing liquid that I could use. But the place needs lot of repairs now. They need to invest more on these for better customer experience. Dented and scratched pans since last year were not replaced (toxic and difficult to cook). There is water leakage near the aircon and router which I cannot figure out where it is coming from. Wall has cracks and paint chips. Safety may be a concern. Hopefully they address this soon. Overall, this stay is still pleasant and affordable. They just need to upgrade it.

    The unit I got has a very nice view, the pool across my balcony! I could have used their pool when I got back from all the meetings I had in Iloilo , instead I took photos to show my colleagues the room I was given by Iloilo Stays. Lovely business stay. The area is a safe walkable place too.

    The place doesn’t look like in the picture The AC drops The bad is for teenagers not for adults couple There is no hot water in the shower, and the water was unclean (literally was brown) We not come back for sure.
