    Great location. Felt safe the whole time even in the evening. The room was clean and the A/C was great! The only complaint I would say was there wasn’t really hot water for showers. It’s barely warm. I love hot showers. But other than that the staff was very friendly and always helpful as well as attentive. The little restaurant was great too. Food was very good with a nice variety and they serve til midnight. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

    Not recommended. As soon as I entered the room, there was already a strong unpleasant smell, almost as if someone had smoked inside or like the smell of an old transport van. There were no windows at all, and even the toilet had no exhaust fan. I eventually had to ask for an air freshener just to make the room more tolerable. At around 8:30 PM, the corridor flooded after the bidet in another room broke. I knew exactly what was happening because the soundproofing was extremely poor. The cleaning went on for hours, and I could clearly hear the employees talking at a normal volume from inside my room. It was loud enough to keep me awake. At 10 PM, I called reception to ask when they would finish and was told it would be soon. I eventually took a sleeping pill, only to be woken up again around midnight by loud banging on the walls. I had to call reception a second time to ask what was going on. What made the experience particularly disappointing was that before checking in, I specifically told the staff that I hadn’t been sleeping well and asked if they could put me in a quiet room. I even spent a little extra on the room hoping I could finally get a decent night’s sleep. Instead, I ended up getting even less rest here. Between the smell, lack of ventilation, extremely poor soundproofing, flooding and hours of noise late into the night, this was unfortunately one of the least restful hotel stays I’ve had. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable to sleep.

    I used to enjoy staying here but not anymore. It was dirty, room full of insects and pests, toilet bowl still had pooped. I asked to be transferred to another room but the guard who was on duty didnt know what to do. I dont blame him, it wasnt his job but to scrimp on costs this way is a sure-fire way to lose clients. I complained to the 2 front desk staff the next day and didnt hear a peep. No apology or anything. I wont be staying again. Avoid room on the 4th floor by the elevator, 401 if I remember it right.
