    I stayed 5 nights the staff in the lobby who admitted me was very accomplished but the one who facilitated my check out was not so hospitable and accommodating. Overall my room has everything tv, small chiller aircon Tv - i didnot used since i was busy Chiller- i found it not so cold Bed- was ok probably the best thing in the room Pillows- the pillows they gave comprised to of two thinner pillows joined to become one pillow. I was expecting more. Its good that I booked for a double bed so I have two pillows not sure if I would get two pillows should I booked the single bed. Aircon unit - is functioning well, The shower heater heat Continuesly until you cannot bear the heat anymore and yoj have to turn it off. No medium heat. No complimentray bottle of drinking water but there’s some basic toiletries It has one small gatbage Can inside the t&b but non in the bedroom There are plenty of electrical outlets. The comforter is good. The rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd.There’s no elevator nor a escalator but staff can assist in bringing up your luggage.
