Great stay, really clean, great hosts and beautiful little peaceful place.

A gorgeous little property situated in a perfect place for all places we wished to visit whilst in Cornwall. Host was great and helpful when we got lost finding it. It was EXTREMELY clean, not a single part of the property was untouched when cleaning. The bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful on a night. Really nice to be away from the business of Cornwall.

A couple of things listed we didn’t find (such as a hairdryer) but no biggie at all. Some directions to the property when booked would be a great addition as satnav doesn’t take you to the property.

The hosts were very friendly, The accommodation was very clean, warm and fitted out with everything we could possibly need. It’s location, about 13miles South West of Bodmin and in the middle of Cornwall between Newquay and St Austell makes it perfect for days out.

The access road. The last 100yards are a bit bumpy.

Set in a lovely area , friendly hosts and very cosy comfortable apartment.

Location was perfect for us ( close to friends who live in the area). The apartment was small and comfortable ,ideal for our 3 night stay. Well equipped kitchen , nice shower. Lovely hosts. 10/10.

Clean, comfortable annex with a garden that was located well for day trips throughout Cornwall. Owner was lovely and relaxed and also helpful in suggesting places to go.

Just a couple of minor things lacking: fridge had no freezer box, and no microwave.

Overall a very relaxing stay.

The Annex was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the grounds and gardens were very well kept. The kitchen was well equipped with ample plates,cutlery etc. Clean towels were provided . The hosts Alli and Will were very friendly.

Beautiful location, lovely guests really clean, fresh feeling as you walk In, very comfortable nice views, secure private parking a feeling of safety, it was a lovely stay

Tele is tiny, I believe all accommodation unless off grid should put a decent size smart tv so guests can tune into Netflix etc and no internet (although hotspot on EE was adequate, it would the hosts exploring this further either fixed internet, satellite internet or even just a mobile internet. it would make all the difference to a stay. Careful of the bathroom radiator, it’s a small bathroom and easy to burn yourself on it, we turned it off after it burned my arm on the way in but absolutely no reason not to stay. Bed very comfortable but as I am 6ft 3 I much prefer an open bottom so my feet can hang out, but again this doesn’t reflect on the accommodation, I just squeezed my feet through the bars.

Lovely place, clean, quiet.

Met on arrival by the hosts to show us into the property, keys were inside. Converted garage, lovely and clean with a homely cottage feel. Private garden area which was nice with a table and chairs. The bed was comfy & bedroom clean and cosy. We went mother & daughter, therefore always stay somewhere with X2 bedrooms *or* bed and sofa bed. The bedroom doesn't have a door on here, so if you are wanting a bit of privacy or travelling with someone who snores and are using separate beds, bare that in mind. The sofa was comfy, but the sofa bed not as much unfortunately. It is in a quiet location and not too far to the main roads if you drive, to travel into other areas of Cornwall. It was lovely to watch the bat's out of the kitchen window of an evening. I would recommend to couples.

A fantastic, relaxing 4-night stay.

A lovely little annex, very cosy and peaceful. A perfect size for two, it was also very clean which is important to us. The location was fantastic, which allowed us to visit anywhere in Cornwall by car with a good travel time. The hosts were fantastic, very friendly (including the extended family), and were a delight to interact with during our stay. Myself and Emelie can't wait to come back again.

Nothing about the hosts or annex! The road leading to the cottage was very bumpy with several holes. Not the hosts fault, just something to note.
