    It was horrible Booked through Agoda ,paid in full and was refused check in due to pricing issue between Hotel management ,OYO & Agoda. Stranded for 3 hours ,and through multiple calls to OYO ( Agoda) still couldnt settle their dispute . In the end had to fork out more money to pay for the stay as it was already late and tired . Contacted customer service to sort out the issues n were not helpful ,no compensation or what so ever . Rooms air conditioner was in a horrible state , warm air only. Imagine having gone through all these , what kind of reviews you would expect from us.

    WE ARRIVED EARLY AND THEN THE FRONTDESK UNABLE TO ACCOMODATE US SINCE AS PER STAFF THEIR STANDARD RATE WAS DIFFERENT FROM AGODA RATE WE WAITED TOO LONG WE ARE ALSO THE ONE DOING RESOLUTION AND CALL TO OYO MANAGEMENT NOT THE STAFF EVEN HELPFUL. LASTLY, THE LINEN, TOWELS AND PILLOWS ARE SMELLY MAYBE FROM THE PREVIOUS CLIENT AND THE BATHROOM ALSO SMELLY FROM THE FIRST DAY TO LAST DAY OF OUR STAY.
