    I was unable to check in due to the no clear instruction for check in, email not replied, phone number that registered with agoda was not in services. Based on security guard working for D'Majestic Place, Homes asian not operated there anymore. No physical counter available there anymore. My payment burned and i need to put extra money to booking another stay on agoda. I'll report to MCMC as agoda still let the vendor who not operated physically on site.
