    As we checked in on Monday, the whole resort only 2 of us, their staff is not so responsive, phone in room is not working, we have difficult to call reception for buggy service. call Handphone is not pick up my call ! One handphone line is no longer in use, is their ex-staff number, so is a bit disappointed on their service, anyway the resort have nice view for morning and evening

    This is a nice hotel for relaxing. But for the price we paid, we are expecting higher quality food. We chose a full board hotel so we can relax at the hotel not needing to go out to look for food. But being served dry roast chicken, squid balls, frozen green mussels, mixed vege and white rice for dinner with fruit punch cordial and coffee from coffee bags, we seriously will enjoy a meal at McDonald’s more. Breakfast selection and quality are equally poor and similar to what you get from a 1 or 2 stars hotel. How can this hotel expect customers who paid over 1k to return with these kind of food served? There is only one pool table on the entire hotel and a small swimming pool. Nothing else to do really. First and last. And not recommending anyone to this hotel for sure
