looks like the facilities/surrounding not well maintained. The food was ok, tasty, but limited options and slow. The eggstation guy was eggselent! Wont repeat and recommend to other people, as for now.

My recent visit to this resort left me with mixed feelings. While the property clearly holds significant charm and potential, it is currently in a state of neglect that overshadows the guest experience. The Positives The interior of the resort is well-maintained and shows that the management cares about the comfort of the rooms. Additionally, the adult swimming pool is quite enjoyable and provides a pleasant space for relaxation. Areas for Concern Unfortunately, the exterior and recreational facilities are suffering from a lack of consistent maintenance, making the atmosphere feel rather eerie rather than inviting: Landscape & Maintenance: Many areas appear to be abandoned remnants of past landscaping. The areas behind the chalets are overgrown with weeds, and unused bridges are falling into disrepair. Water Features: The aesthetic appeal of the grounds has faded. The fish pond is no longer attractive, and it was quite disheartening to see a lone swan struggling in the pond. Furthermore, the small wading pool (which I assume is intended for babies) was filled with stagnant green water. Safety Hazards: The children’s play area is a significant concern. The "bucket fall" water feature is covered in rust, posing a serious safety risk to children. Likewise, the structures for the slides and the flying fox—including the stairs and railings—are unstable and nearing collapse. The Hobbit Houses & River: The "Hobbit houses" appear completely abandoned, and the river—once likely the pride of the resort—is now too shallow for swimming. The suspension bridge area also feels deserted, likely due to the river's current condition. Final Thoughts It is truly a shame to see such a beautiful location lose its luster. This resort has immense potential, but it urgently requires a comprehensive refurbishment and a dedicated maintenance program to ensure guest safety and restore its former glory. I sincerely hope to see this place shine again in the future.
