    i didnt expect reception closed at 8pm. i reached at 9pm no one there, entrence closed. reception try calling during check in day but not able to reach me since my phone battery was low. finally i call back and able to get the code to open the entrance door n self check in. this is troublesome and should be informed earlier. the room has basic facilities, no boiler. location is near to perlis politec n you can buy things from speedmart.
