Recommended for families or business travellers. Great location & excellent wifi to get work done on the go. Room was spacious however... Rosewood room sofa is heavily stained & needs deep cleaning or replacement. The sofa cusion all sunken in. Looks like someone had an out of control party there. Meranti room shower kept on dripping even after turning off the shower tap. Needs to be checked. TV remote control was faulty.. can turn on the TV & nothing else. Cant even select anything on screen Breakfast this time was disappointing. Coffee machine was not working & the "freshly made" coffee was undrinkable. Food selection also kinda poor, the fried noodles were dry on both days but the laksa on 8/10 made up for it. Nuggets were cold & hard but the cheesecake was good. Overall needs some improvement, even if its a basic included breakfast offering.

Such a lovely stay! 🥰 Honestly, everything about this hotel was just so pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. You can really feel that they genuinely care about their guests. ❤️ The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was comfortable, clean and well taken care of. The location is also a huge, getting around Kuching was so easy and convenient! Definitely one of those hotels where you leave thinking, “I’d happily stay here again.” 😂✨ The overall experience really gave us that 5-star feeling without the 5-star price tag. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuching! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had 2-bedroom apartment. Comfy for 3 of us adults. 6 nights there. Laundryshop is nearby. Main road leads to all the necessary places we had to go and within 15-20mins by car. Chef made the best omelets and sunny sides for breakfasts.
