The toilet smelled like armpits and was dirty. The sound of the water pump hitting the floor was extremely noisy, making it impossible for me to sleep. Whenever the sink tap was turned on, the water pump became loud and disturbed my sleep. Room 35.

Positives: Lots of parking space, very near to shops, restaurants & city center, strong bed, large windows that can be opened with view of mount kinabalu, fast check in, functioning cold AC, hot water. Mineral water provided.
Negatives: The washroom smells of piss & has mould/dirt that needs scrubbing... i feel like checking out instead of staying overnight but the smell didnt creep into the room because the ceiling ventilation luckily works but it bothers me when ever i shower/use the toilet, felt disgusting... Flat sceen tv only offers pandrive movies & is not a smart tv. Worse still somebody tried to forcefully enter my room early in the morning.. i woke up to the sound of the door opening n closing.. i thought my door was loose n the wind pressure puhsing n pulling it but then to my horror i saw a man's hand trying to unlock the swing bar latch door lock. I said hello? Then he said 'man' maybe its someones name, i said wrong room n then he left. Kinda scary.
