Overall a great place to stay. Very convenient if having transport to go places. Very very important note: Make sure to request rooms at the upper area if bringing elderly people because the stairs are long.

Pros: 1. Clean, large bed and nice pillow 2. Microwave provided 3. Very nice view from the window Cons: 1. Water bidet is cold as ice when you need to settle the business 2. The resort is not facing the mount kinabalu but you still can see the peak if you just outside the reception A budget price resort but with this kind of experience we've got is worth it. Surely will come again

Resort near the Kinabalu Park as advertised. Situated along the main route to Kundasang/Ranau road. A few setbacks - our room (deluxe with private balcony) was situated right down the property, needing to go down and up many flights of stairs. So if carrying heavy or many luggages, it can be a challenge. It was also raining when we arrived, there is only partial roof shelter along parts of the stairway. The room had heavy stench/smell of new paint/shellac, and it was not pleasant to our sense of smell. During our 3 days 2 night stay, there was no room service nor replacement of bottled drinks. The bathroom shower holder needs replacement. Overall, it was a tolerable stay, with the cool misty environment, and a nearby restaurant available. Travelling by car is advisable rather the public transport.
