Already informed earlier during the booking time that they will late check-in.When we arrived there , the front staff by accident had given us a room that hasn't been tidied up.After we informed that situation , they apologized and change to a new room. The new room unfortunately was a bit dusty on the floor , the tile in front of the toilet making noise when u step on and the toilet floor is clogged during our stay .We tried to request/changed to a new room on next day but the staff informed that the other rooms was mostly like on same situation(on the toilet floor clogged and the noisy tile). On my last stayed before , the room had already upgraded their TV to flat screen smart tv but the room we had this time still using the old box tv one. Basically ,this time stayed experience was below expectation.
