When I got home, there were bugs and a nest on my bed... If I complain about it, the staff will just laugh at me. I'm tired, but I can't sleep because of the loud noise coming from the restaurant until late at night. I asked them to turn it down many times, but they didn't finish by the appointed time. In the end, they said it couldn't be helped because it was the customers who were doing it... Staff (high-ranking staff) who don't care about their customers

What a fantastic hotel! Small scale, great staff, delicious food, excellent rooms with a great balcony (with views of Lion Rock and Pidurangala), and a lovely swimming pool. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had hoped for a relaxed stay. We were a big group of 13 people (6 adults and 7 children). The booking was made through Agoda with children’s ages all put through the booking. When we arrived we had 3 triple rooms and told that we had to make do and that a family room was a double bed and a single. We had 2 families of 4 people and 1 of 5 people. The staff refused to make any adaptations to the room initially and said there was nothing they can do. Finally, we were moved to a bigger room and told that they could put a single bed next to a sofa to make a double. This was done with significant reluctance. They offered a mattress for another family but did not bring any sheets and we had to chase them for the mattress. The rooms and location had so much potential but drains did not work properly. They gave 2 towels and 2 water bottles for families of 4/5. We were told breakfast was at 7.30-9.30 but when we turned up they refused us because we hadn’t preordered (something we were not told we had to do). The location is great for the common sights so such a shame. We will be making an official complaint to Agoda. I would avoid at all costs!!!!!
