    Definitely worth value of money whereby including simple breakfast and affordable hotel price! Despite some slight language barrier with the staff, overall experience is good. Location is superb as it's walking distance to the Mekong river and all the river cruise is available there plus night market also! The house owner too, very helpful and humble! Recommended if you're having a hort term trip there, is convenient and quite a relaxing environment. 😀

    Perfect choice for "staycation". I am working remotely during the Laos trip and this villa ticks all the boxes. Peaceful, comfy, modern interior with unique characters, and affordable. I stayed in room 2, on ground level and it comes with patio. Location is great, within 5 to 10 mins walk to visit the places / do activities. Love my morning walk to see the alm giving, work at the dining area (power plug is nice touch) and stroll along the river in the evening. There is a temple just across the road and I got to witness the early evening gong session by the monks. Highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again next time.

    Yes, I accidentally double booked for a night-my mistake. However when I talked to the owner he promised me that he would refund the money once I contacted Agoda. I contacted Agoda and they were fantastic. They called him and emailed him several times but he refused to reply to them. Consequently I would not trust the owner or his integrity and would not recommend this guest house to anyone. Beware if you have any issues.
