We stayed only one night instead of 5 Upon our arrival, we found that the room provided did not match the description or the standard of quality that was advertised at the time of booking ( room is not clean, shower was broken, fitness center is missing and the hotel is so noisy ) Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation did not allow us to enjoy our stay as expected. We asked for a refund but no feedback until now…

Hotel NOT at the location of Agoda map. Meaning the hotel is not at the traditional old part of the city. It is 5 minutes by scooter far. The location is FAKE. Hotel does NOT have pool by the river as the main photo claims. The pool is not overlooking the river. The main photo is FAKE. Hotel does have breakfast but poor and Chinese ONLY. No walnuts, no almonds, no cheese, no yoghurt, no chicken, no cappuccino, no espresso, no , nothing. For sure a 3 star hotel, and not 5 as it claims. The price for the location, and for room size and for breakfast, is tooo high.
