I am very quiet side streets. Fantastic breakfast menu. Comfortable beds and bathrooms are good. Cool pool.city centre less than 50 metres away. Visit the waterfalls .great bakery 20 meters away and Vegan restaurant 30 meters away.

Breakfast: The breakfast was good and enjoyable.
• Booking Transparency: Staff explained that during Pi Mai Lao festival, rooms are blocked to avoid double bookings.
Arrival & Service: Upon arrival, no staff helped us with luggage. We were simply handed a room number and told to go upstairs ourselves. This felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
• Room Quality: The bathroom was extremely small, even smaller than many hostels we’ve stayed in (and hostels often provide better facilities). The room included a hair dryer, coffee cup, and water bottle, but only one very small 200ml bottle of water was provided.
• Air Conditioning: When we turned on the air conditioner, a lot of dust came out, which was unpleasant and unhealthy.
• Insects: At night, with the lights on, many insects flew into the room and even landed on the bed. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep.
• Check-Out: We informed staff in advance that we would check out at 4 PM, but when the time came, nobody was there. We had to leave the key in the room and send a message instead.

Staff are good and the property is in a convenient location. Breakfast was okay every morning and saved us some costs which were useful whilst travelling. However, we found the room to be lacking basic cleanliness and the facilities of the hotel were not great. Moreover, my girlfriend was electrocuted using a plug socket which we were later told is not for use but was not labelled as such? We were told this would be looked into but no word on whether there was a fault with our room, as they had already admitted there is with other rooms. Not good enough!
