    Stayed in the Family City Suite Room The Good 👍 * Excellent location! Just a very short walk to Exit 4, which has escalators going both up and down. * Professional, friendly, and helpful staff, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff. * Smooth and hassle-free check-in and check-out process. * Easy and convenient communication with the hotel via WhatsApp throughout our stay (other platforms also available). * Free daily laundry service! Simply leave your clothes at reception and they will return them washed to your room, usually within the same day. (Prepare your own laundry bag.) * Decent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. * Free Netflix. * Stayed on the top floor where there are only two rooms, so there was minimal foot traffic and noise. * Surprisingly good soundproofing. * Although there is only one elevator, it is fast and efficient. Never more than a minute. * Comfortable bedding and pillows. * Daily housekeeping included fresh towels, rubbish removal, and replenishment of bottled water. * Room comes with both a fridge and microwave! * Good air-conditioning * Clean, neat, and spacious room with plenty of mirrors. * Food delivery was easy as delivery riders do not require an access card to reach the room floors. The Bad 👎 * The room gets very bright early in the morning as the sun rises from around 4:30am. Blackout curtains in the bedroom would be a great improvement. * No gym or swimming pool facilities. * Late check-out is limited to a maximum of one hour (12pm), with a fee of KRW 20k. * Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. * Not something the hotel can control, but there is a smoking area directly in front of the entrance and there were often people smoking there. Overall We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. The excellent location, friendly staff, complimentary laundry service, and comfortable room made it a great experience. If I’m staying in Gangnam again, this hotel would definitely be one of my first choices.

    Highly recommend. Covenient for gangnam station. We paid extra for daily cleaning which was great. Amazing receptionist.

    Nicely decorated hotel. Minimalistic interior and not aged at all. Clean and extremely tidy. Handy to have 4 double beds for our girls trip. However please do not expect any toiletries. They only provided soap shampoo and conditioner + slippers that’s it. If you request for toothbrush you have to pay. Receptionist spoke v little English but seems to be the norm throughout Seoul. I would rec this hotel for a group trip (4 pax optimal).
