Had everything we needed and was right at exit 4 of Dongdaemun metro exit. It's a basic place at a good price. There are lots of guest houses around and hotels. Take your pick!

Hotel is strategically located. Airport bus is just a few blocks, as well as other bus stops within the city.
Access to the train via Exit 5 is just outside the hotel.
Area has a very local vibe, lots of food choices. just a short walk going to Dongdaemun Design Plaza, and Seould Fortress Wall. Easy to grab uber and taxi.
for Filipinos, no bidet.
but shower and basic toiletries are provided. Sheets are not change daily, but towels are.
bottled water are available, so guest can just grab it from their fridge.
they also provide hot water on their water dispenser and there is a microwave on the common area. there is also a weighing scale available where you can use for your luggage.

- Location is way too convenient. Just right near outside exit 5 of Dongdaemun station
- Conveniently located to nearby cafe, shops, restos, bakeshop, DDP and Cheknggyecheon Stream
- Since they don't have elevator, we're glad we're on the GF level, corner room so it's quiet
- Not your typical hotel but you can just grab or ask whatever you need at the reception area like drinking water, fresh towels and robes, umbrella, iron, etc.
- Amenities: standard ones so we're good.
- Overall, pretty much worth what we paid for. We'd book again and recommend to others.

I stayed at Stayedee for 5 days. My first impression was that the hotel seemed quite old and a little messy. There was also a bit of a language barrier, which was understandable.
What shocked me the most was when we needed to use the toilet before our room was ready (we were told to wait another hour). We asked if there was a public toilet in the hotel, and the staff brought us to a room that had a toilet combined with a garbage disposal area. The smell was unbearable — like rotten fruit. I couldn’t believe they thought it was acceptable to show guests such a place.
The only good thing about this stay was the strong water pressure. Everything else was self-service — guests are expected to clear their own trash, and the hotel places new trash bags, adapters, and toothbrushes in front of the counter.
