I had a great stay here! The price was affordable and definitely worth it. The location may not be as close to the popular tourist areas like Myeongdong, but it is still very accessible and convenient, especially with public transportation nearby. For me, it was a good trade-off for the affordable price. The owner was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities were good as well. Overall, i had a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for travelers who want a clean, comfortable, affordable place with easy access to transportation without staying in the busiest tourist areas. ๐

The location is very good since it is walking distance to Wangshimni station which is a major terminal hub for several subway and bus lines. Perfect if you just need a place to crash but also value your privacy

The facilities and rooms are noticeably outdated, and several basic amenities that one would reasonably expect from a Korean motel are missing.
The hot water system was a significant concern during my stay. Even in October, the water heating was not reliable, which raises concerns about how comfortable the stay could be during the colder winter months if the issue remains unresolved.
There is a microwave in the room, but no basic utensils or suitable containers are provided for reheating food, making the facility of limited practical use.
For the price being charged, the accommodation does not provide good value for money. The room and bathroom are quite small and feel congested, while the lack of a proper cupboard or storage space makes it difficult to organize luggage, particularly during a longer stay.
The bed is also quite firm. Guests who are accustomed to softer mattresses may find it uncomfortable and could experience body soreness after sleeping.
Overall, while the accommodation provides the basic necessities, the condition of the facilities, limited amenities, room layout, unreliable hot water, and overall comfort do not justify the price in my opinion. The property would benefit considerably from renovation, improved amenities, better hot-water facilities, and more practical storage.
I would recommend this accommodation only as a last option. If you have alternatives available at a similar price, I would strongly suggest considering them before booking here.
