The place is misleading. Its not a hotel as althea advertised its a motel and not a place for elderly. I booked this by mistake and they wouldn't refund me my payment of *** for 8 nights because of "NO FREE CANCELLATION POLICIES" unheard off. It feels like we were robbed off our money. We did not stay at this MOTEL NOT A HOTEL. We were absolutely very uncomfortable. Staying here not even for a day. We plead with property owner more than 3 times and the owner refused to refund. Not even the least 50% if they want to keep our money for free. Horrible experience overall.

Hotel was surrounded by a lot of food options and activities. The staff was very friendly. The bed was pretty hard to sleep on. (Not soft at all)

The room is not clean i see hair dust every where the bed sheet is not even clean inside room is small but big on the bathroom the bathroom glass is broken even the sink is broken but they glued it together. The room is very bad the design is okay the environment is very dirty my daugther got rash since the very first day around her whole body the room was very expensive i already told them we come 5 people the room in the picture was big and clean. The real one is dirty and small bed we have yo book another room. The room was very expensive. The worker counter were nice they help us the location is good.

We planned to visit Lotte World for one day and Coex Mall another day. The location of this hotel is one underground station away for both. Easy to find good restaurants close to the hotel. I had chosen a room with two queen-sized bed which was enough for three adults and one child to sleep, but the space of the room was so small which we could not open up our three suitcases at the same time. It seemed like that the bath room had been renovated, it was new (in comparison to the rest of the hotel), yet the floor would be mostly wet after someone took a bath. Definitely not a hotel where you want to hang around during the day, but really value for money for going out during the day and crashing down at night.
