It is value-for-money for a clean, big and cozy place at a good location near the shopping streets and with convenient public bus access to Jeju airport. Will want to stay here again when there is a chance!

I like the high ceiling. Complete with equipments. Microwave, washing machine, refrigerator. Spacious. Would definitely be back with friends.

Cleaning staff attempted to enter the room prior to check-out time, posting serious privacy and security concerns.
Do not consider to book for accommodation in this property if you value your privacy and security.
Owner was showed ignorance and disrespect when told of the incident, and offered no apology at first instance, but rather trying to brush away the matter.
That said, the whole staying experience was ruined and couldn’t care less about the hardware this property provides.
JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

먼저 저는 동일한 더테라스 건물 내의
여러 업체가 운영하는 다양한 타입 객실을 수 회 이용해 보았으며, 대체로 큰 불편함없이 만족하며 장기투숙하고 있습니다.
이번에 같은 건물의 이 방도 이용해보았는데,
이 곳만 유독 문제가 많습니다.
같은 건물 다른 업체 객실들에서는 이정도의 불쾌감을 주는 문제들은 없었습니다.
1. 예약당시 사진에서와 같은 천장이 높은 방이 아닙니다!! 예약페이지에 높은천장 객실 사진만 게시되어 있으나, 체크인해보니 다른 호실과 똑같은 일반적인 층고의 5층 객실이었고, 이것은 명백한 허위, 사기 광고라고 생각합니다.
2. 좋지 않은 냄새를 가리기 위한? 목적인지 모르겠으나, 이불과 수건에서 인공적인 향이 아주 아주 강하게 납니다. 방에 들어오자마자 코를 띠릅니다. 체크인 직후 호스트에게 상황을 설명하고 이불을 교체받았으나 같은 상태였습니다.
3. 수건 세탁이 제대로 되지 않고있는 느낌입니다. 수건에서 기분나쁜 쉰내가 심하게 나고, 섬유유연제를 과다 사용했는지 미끌거리고 눅눅한 느낌이 아주 심해서 물기조차 제대로 흡수되지 않습니다.
도저히 사용할 수 있는 상태가 아니라서, 제가 세제를 별도로 구매해서 다시 모두 제대로 세탁해야 했습니다. 숙박업체에서 이런 상태의 수건을 제공하는 걸 이해할 수 없습니다.
무엇보다 이 문제때문에 중도퇴실을 심각하게 고민했습니다.
4. 화장실 문 고장입니다. 문이 닫히지 않습니다. 열어둔 채로 써야 함.
5. 샤워부스 안쪽 배수구 물빠짐이 잘 되지 않습니다. 물을 잠시만 써도 바닥에 물이 찹니다.
배수구 안쪽까지 관리하지 않으시나 봐요? 싱크대 배수구에서도 물틀면 꿉꿉한 냄새가 올라옵니다.
5. 주로 식탁으로 쓰일 접이식 테이블을 쓰레기통과 맞닿게 두었습니다. 배려가 부족하네요.
6. 설거지 직후 그릇과 컵들의 물기가 흥건히 남아있는 상태로 수납 찬장 속에 겹쳐 쌓아두어서,
시간이 지나도 사이사이 물기가 마르지 않고 습기가 찬 상태로 방치되고 있었습니다.
식기에서 냄새가 나고 사용하기 찝찝했습니다.
7. 전반적인 청소상태가 아쉽습니다.
거울에는 먼지와 다른사람의 손자국이 남아있고, 헤어드라이기 뒷편에도 먼지가 가득, 전선 코드에는 다른 누군가의 머리카락들이 함께 엉켜있었습니다.
매트리스 커버 교체없이 위의 패드와 이불만 교체하시는 것 같은데. 매트리스 커버에도 얼룩이.
8. 방충망도 찢어지고 구멍난 상태로 방치되고 있습니다.
9. 객실내 와이파이 안됨. 공유기 전원 빠져 있는 듯 했습니다. 제가 이런것까지 신경써야 하는게 이해 안됩니다.
