    The room is tidy, with its good location just near restaurants, supermarkets, and beauty shops…etc. However, it is a bit noisy at night. We have the room in the higher floor, and can hear sounds from either tubes or water towers.

    The hotel room for our group of 3 is just perfect. Towels and water bottles were replenished every day. The location is also perfect for the tours offered here in Agoda and Klook, where you can be picked up beside Shilla Duty Free by 9:05AM. About Coffee and 7-Eleven are also near for your breakfast options while having a nearby shopping district for souvenirs. The water heaters worked. Very comfortable hotel indeed. Only noticeable thing is there was a night where one of the cimforters had blood stain in it.

    The smell when you exit the lift is horrible. It smells worse than from toilet. The airconditioning keeps turning off and on at night. The car park is very narrow and limited lots, first come first serve. Unable to sleep well during the stay. Only 3 lifts and very slow especially during daytime, always full.

    The room is good with all the facilities. A good place to stay in Jeju.
