    Hotel is opposite to shilla duty free and in main downtown line. Reception lobby is in 2nd floor near to 7 eleven. Room was clean with all needed basic aminities. Centralized aircon so we can't change the temperature. Late check out options available with a payment of 10000kwn/hour. Easy to get uber taxies and 10 mins travel time to jeju airport. Staff's are not familiar with english but they used translator for communication which i felt good. I stayed in room no 1019 which i felt not quiet because it is next to housekeeping room. So some or other staff were using throughout day & night, which i felt noisey. Overall decent stay.

    Pros : Location is good Price is reasonable Breakfast is Ok Wifi is very good Room is good Cons: Find the Room "not so clean " even after the cleaning day The towels are too old ,worn out looking, and small size ,,requested bigger size,,but was told only small size available The grd floor entrance to the elevator has a worn out look and no one guarding the grd flr entrance to the elevator The lady staff at the breakfast restaurant was impolite,rude and unhelpfull Overall: because of the low price ,,i am open to staying again,, but would not want to recommend to others.

    The room is dirty, toilet is smelly. Towel is not so clean. Staff in counter is very nice. but, the manner of the staff in parking is not so good.

    The hotel is in good location,, the room size and bed size is good..but the room and the small bath towels are very old looking..The lady waitress staff at the breakfast area is very impolite and rude..
