    Booked this place as I was flying out from Incheon early morning. A bit of a pain walking from the station with a suitcase (the sidewalk had a lot of uneven brick/stone), but otherwise a good place. Plenty of space and the bathroom and kitchen were clean and updated. There are many restaurants around the area to choose from! It was a nice respite from the bustle of Seoul city.

    The facility is amazing, it’s clean, it has a washing machine and a drier so you can travel with clean clothes. The Self check-in is easy and you have a GS25 in the building and restaurants (really good priced) around. Perfect for your stay before travelling from the airport.

    The room itself was very good — clean, comfortable, and consistent with other positive reviews. Based on the room alone, I would have rated this hotel highly. Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by a building-wide evacuation-level alarm that went off at around 2:00am. This was not a localised room alert or a mild warning. The alarm was extremely loud, immediately causing panic, and it went off twice during the night. We were later told this alarm was triggered by a single guest smoking in their room. If that is the case, this raises serious concerns about how the hotel’s safety systems are configured and managed. A single guest incident should not result in a full-building evacuation alarm that terrifies every guest in the hotel in the middle of the night. There was no explanation, announcement, or reassurance provided at the time, which made the experience even more distressing. My wife was genuinely terrified, and we were both left fully awake and on edge for the rest of the night, unable to sleep. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with PTSD, anxiety, heart conditions, young children, or anyone sensitive to sudden loud alarms. While the room itself was good, this issue completely overshadowed the stay and raises serious concerns about guest safety and wellbeing.
