    Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Hotel is a bit shabby as in our kids room had scuffed walls, broken bathroon tile. Our room was better just a chip on laminated floor but sink was blocked and floor looked a little unclean. I was also bitten several times during our first night which wasnt great. Big supermarket (Lotte) within walking distance but no cutlerry, cups or pans in cupboard. Was ok for short stop over.

    I just needed to wait for a friend and spent two nights here. The location was not too far from Arex station. What I loved about the is hotel was all the food options within walking distance in the evening. Also the rooms had a washer and I was able to do laundry, hang it to dry over night and I was ready to start my second week in Korea with clean clothes. I had issues with the air conditioner, I told the man at the front desk and he came immediately and showed me how to use it. It was a nice stay overall.

    Pros: The price is affordable, and it’s about a 5–10 minute walk from the property to Unseo Station. There’s also an E-Mart downstairs, although somehow I never saw it open during my stay. 😅 There are plenty of convenience stores nearby too — there’s a GS25 just a 1-minute walk behind the property, and it has a good variety of items. Cons: Unfortunately, I found some leftover hair on the bedsheet and pillow, which made me question whether they had been properly changed/cleaned before my stay. 😅 I was also told by the staff that I couldn’t use the washing machine in the room. It was a little strange since there’s a washing machine provided in the room in the first place. 😂 However, there is a laundry shop downstairs with dryers available. Overall, I think it’s fine for a short stay, especially considering the affordable price and convenient location. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a long-term stay.
