Less than 5 minutes walk from subway station. Staff at the reception is also very friendly and welcoming.

NOTE: Book a 4PM room but check in timing was not reflected in the hotel’s system, so 4PM here will be 10PM in reality. Also to note it’s a motel instead of hotel. However, it was a great place. Room was clean and amenities were good. Body wash smells so amazing! Room had everything needed including robes and hair dryers and the awesome big TV for netflix. Aircon remote is with the TV remote btw.

Hotel was near the train station, and had buses that connected you to major areas. Room was clean and the bed was big for one person. Only downside was the shower area had no divider from the sink and toilet bowl, so the whole area gets wet easily. If you are not fussy about your toilets, this is a good overall stay.

I don't usually submit a lot of reviews, althought I use Agoda a lot. But I needed to comment on this hotel.. the location is convenient let's get that out of the way which is the best plus point. Near Sinchon Line 2 station and bus stops that even includes the 6002 to the airport. There are a few departmental stores nearby and it's close enough to Hongdae and Gongdeok. But the staff and experience itself could really improve. I booked the option for an earlier check-in at 4pm which cost more. I arrived around 6pm and I still had to wait for a while as they were fixing the air conditioners. I am usually flexible but I had to rush for an appointment. Couldn't they have gotten it sorted before the designated check-in times. It wasn't until I asked several times did they say they would upgrade my room. They then pass you an amenities kit bag filled with practical items, which is interesting. When I got to my room, there was a rubber band stuck to the headboard (why?), the toilet floor was perpetually wet, there isn't a shower curtain, no bathroom floor towel, the hand towels looked stained.. there aren't bath towels, perhaps that's why they included a disposable bath towel in the amenities kit. The bathrobe also smelled like someone sweat in it before and it wasn't properly washed (that's the first time I've ever commented on a bathrobe). That said, the room is acceptably comfortable, there's a huge tv on the wall and the bed was thankfully clean. However, just as I was about to let my negative thoughts on the room go, at 12pm on the dot, the front desk called and literally just said "hi, please check out". That's unacceptable (perhaps a language barrier but she really needs training), I arrived late to the hotel thinking my room would be ready if I arrived later, yet I still had to wait for a while. But when it comes to leaving - they are not just transactional, the curt tone is off putting. I sincerely hope they do consider these, as the hotel has a lot potential for a boutique experience.
