    First time I've had a chance to stay at a hotel that revolves around books. Imagine staying at a place that's akin to a library, where you have a curated list of books that you can freely take back to your room to read. There is even a reading area near the lobby and you can opt for their book recommendation service (which also grants you an extra hour before check out) Location wise, it's perfectly decent. You're just a block away from the nearest train station (Kujo) and, if you're like me and don't mind walking, Kyoto station is only around 10 or so minutes away even at a decent pace. There are also a lot of restaurants around if needed. Amenities are pretty new and very clean so no complaints there. All in all I had a very pleasant stay and would most definitely consider again should I find myself back in Kyoto

    It was nice to see the books around me while I was staying. Someone who loves books should definitely stay at this hotel.
