    The hotel has a great location, friendly staff and is well maintained. But during their cleaning hours they leave a horrible mess on the hallways. They are so good at everything but disappoint at this one thing. Please clean up the constant mess.

    難波駅方面、新世界方面の間にあるこちらのホテル。どちらにもアクセスが良く、周りのホテルに比べると価格も安く綺麗でした。お部屋はすごく綺麗だったのですが、食堂はこじんまりとしています。ビジネスホテルと比較すると綺麗な方です。しかし、当時は中華系の方が多くいらっしゃり、その影響か汚れたテーブルが多く残っていたのが印象的でした。他部分は非常に満足しています。

    It was disappointing when we walked in to our room and saw the carpet has stains. I thought it was only in the elevator, but it was also in the hallway to our floor and to our room. The location is about 750 m to Dotonbori and about 200m to Kuromon Market. Staff are not as friendly or maybe it's the language barrier. I've been to other places in Japan and stayed in different hotels and I felt the warmth welcome. So, I was expecting the same at this hotel.
