Apartment Hotel UCHIWA STAY Osaka NAMBA

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and tastefully designed. It had everything we needed and fully met our expectations. The shared living area featured a lovely Japanese-style design. The only small suggestion would be to add a sofa or more comfortable seating so that everyone can sit together more easily. The location was excellent—on a quiet side street, yet just a short walk from the market and many local attractions, making it both peaceful and convenient. Overall, a beautiful apartment in a great location that we would happily stay in again.

This apartment was huge! Being a family of 6 at the end of a 2 week holiday we definitely appreciated the space. Located very centrally just around the corner from Kuromon Market and around a 10 minute walk to Dotonbori it is really well located. It has everything you need if staying for a few days including a fully functional kitchen, huge dining area, bathroom with bath and 2 toilets. Check in and out was super easy.

Not a lot of natural light or views in this apartment so it's a great choice if you are just looking for somewhere to enjoy at night after being out and about all day.

Room was wonderful. It was perfect for my family . Washer Dryer and kitchen area had everything we needed . Close walk to everything. I highly recommend it for large families.

The service model is nonexistent. You register at a computer and check out the same way. We couldn't check in until 4pm, which is really late. Most hotels are 3pm but let you in sooner. We arrived 15 minutes early, got connected on the computer to some random in India, who told us we had to wait. So we stood in the lobby for 15 minutes. During that time, some Japanese guy appeared for the 1st and only time, to repeat that we couldn't get in until 4pm in very broken English. Literally, nothing was still taking place in the room at 3:45pm. They just wouldn't bend the rule so we stood there. Kind of ridiculous, especially for the price you pay.
