    Location is an issue. Approach road is very compromised. Also the kitchen was not available. That caused a lot of inconvenience. But the room quality is quite good. Limited staff but very attentive.

    Situated in a secluded place. There was no lighting in the road lead to the hotel (around 200 metres). No welcoming reception on arrival. Room was ok. Stained bed linen. Drinking water was provided only on request. Television was not working. On complaining, a room service person came and realising that there was no connection, contacted the reception and informed that he was trapped, in Malayalam, unaware that I know Malayalam. He escaped saying that the TV connection was in the ground floor and he would rectify it but he didn't turn up. Not much professional. All rooms are Non-A/c rooms. No in-house restaurant. Poor service quality. Not at all worth the money. I stayed only one night in this property. Next day I shifted to the nearby hotel in the main road. I will never recommend this hotel.
