    Not value for money, is far from city center, restaurant is basic (limited menu) and room service is bad. Rooms were too small for 3 occupants

    I booked hotel using online platform and room type is 'Bay Rooms'. Before we start our journey, We call hotel about children food, taxi and extra bed. During communication with Dhruv/Thomas it seems hotel is good and bay rooms are pool view and walk in 2 -3 min distance from main building. Now we check hotel around 11 pm at night and see rooms are at 2 km distance from main hotel building which rooms rated 4 stars. To go on bay rooms we depend on hotel cab service. Main building to bay rooms path not good via cab like a jungle area. Now we came on room quality. Rooms quen size bed sheets, wardrobe, washroom has bed smell like damp and rooms has full of mosquitos, Now we call service manager they have not taken proper actoom. Around in midnight 1:00 am they provide all out and change bed sheet. My family was not sleep that night. We request multiple times change room on other good category and we pay the difference but they are ignoring us and excuse for online platform these are tge rooms. Additionally rooms are not like as hotel rooms these are like homestay where walks have damp. I talked about cab service for day tour but in morning service mamager told us that cab is not available due to year end rush and we stuck. We check online cabs and found one cab in second half from MMT. So please dont trust on staff. They will change in last minute. I booked hotel for 4 night, last night manager offer us to change room but its too late and we start packing to leave rooms in morning. In one line Bay rooms are very lower category rooms which has not facility.
