Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Uncle's behaviour (Owner) at the reception was also very kind and co-operative, they also allowed me to keep my luggage bag in their personal room after checkout. Location is good, near Mumbai Central railway station.
I booked a room with attached bathroom for rs 1456 (Tax inclusive) but I was charged extra money by the young owner of the hotel stating that they have removed their hotel from the Agoda app and have zero idea why their hotel is still showing.
There was no dustbin in the hotel room and was not even provided drinking water.
There was no elevator, if you're someone who can't climb up the stairs, then you should rethink.

Agoda says my room attach washroom but there's not a attach washroom in hotel so please kindly improve that.
