    Pros: The property offers good value for money by giving a cozy ambience to basic amenities, covering frugality with aesthetics and cleanliness. It does not have an in-house restaurant but provides/replenishes crockery and cutlery just enough for savouring food from online delivery services. The toilets (except the ones in the ground floor) are clean and well appointed with any time hot water facility. The towels are fresh. Wi-Fi is provided. The rooms are fitted with decent sized televisions that are connected to their Wi-Fi and requires the guests to use their personal logins to use the entertainment apps. With CCTVs monitoring almost all corners and 24/7 presence of security personnel, safety does not seem to be a concern if we stick to universal safety protocols. The lift facility is fair enough to serve the scope of the property. The availability of the Coffee Day coffee vending machine as a complimentary provision is a much cherished amenity. Cons: The rooms in the ground floor are not clean - the bathrooms in these rooms stink with foul gases emanating from the drains. 1 PM to 00:00 AM check-in system followed by almost all accommodations across Bengaluru is an unfair practice, especially in light of the fact that most travellers reach the city through overnight transport facilities, which drop them as early as 4 AM to 6 AM in the morning. Bedsheets and pillow cases are not fresh. The spring matresses seem overused and require to be replaced. Non-functional remote controls for TVs and Air Conditioners are changed only on detection and demand. Failure to voluntarily replenish mandatory complimets like dental kit, water bottles, paper napkins, etc. for guests staying for more than one day is a misgiving.

    Not suitable for groups. Had taken over a dozen rooms for guests coming for wedding. This place has no restaurant. No place for the group to have food. No option but to book additional room just for arranging food for the guests. Wouldn't recommend this place for groups.
