Location is close to many restaurants. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The minibar was not working in the room.
The only problem is that the hotel road gets vey busy in the office hours and taxis and autos do not want to pick up from the road. We had to go to a parallel road for an Uber pick up because he refused to pick us up from the hotel because of traffic.

Location and staff.
Facilities could be better managed. Found cockroaches in the room and washroom. This comes under basic sanitization and cleaning process.
