The location is very good, that is the best part. The Hotel is okay, quite neat and clean. No high expectations.

The rooms are quite small, I always like large rooms. Staff is not impolite but the front desk can learn a thing or two about how they can make guests feel a little more important.

Location is close to many restaurants. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The minibar was not working in the room.

The only problem is that the hotel road gets vey busy in the office hours and taxis and autos do not want to pick up from the road. We had to go to a parallel road for an Uber pick up because he refused to pick us up from the hotel because of traffic.

matress was substandard. The location is very silent and residential with no amenities or good restaurents nearby. Moreover, I wanted to meet a few guests and business partners but they did not allow them to visit in accomodation. I had to organise the meetings in restaurent outside, which is not what I would expect from a hotel of such standards. I never had problems in other similiar hotels in Bengaluru. Also, they did not give me 2 hours extra for checkout and asked me to leave my luggage in the corridor sitting. Had to leave out and sit at railway station for 2 additional hours with the luggage. I would not prefer to book this one next time.
