    A boutique resort with lots of greenery. The swimming pool is one of the largest and cleanest in Goa. We booked pool access room, it was wonderful. The room size is a bit small but very beautifully done, small small things taken care of. Good linen, fresh towels, welcome complimentary fruits and drinks. Which hotel will even think of giving a measure flask for pouring drinks. The breakfast platter is adequate and we couldn’t think of anything which is missing. Live Ros Omelette and Dosa counter served with lots of love. Room service is worth mentioning. They have the world’s fastest ice bucket delivery 😊. The Manager took special care of all the guests. The staff was very polite and helpful. Ample parking space, we always found one. We had two dinners and food was yummy. Availed Tatwa spa services also twice and it was top notch. It’s one place which I would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon. Keep it up guys, you all rock.

    Situated near Morjim beach, it is a very beautiful property and the staff is really accommodating. Completely recommended.

    The property was indeed very beautiful and the staff was courteous. Just that in the beginning the service was a bit slow. Probably they were fully booked. That’s why, but once we brought this to surface , it was pretty prompt. A slight disappointment was that the pools were not that clean. I wouldn’t blame it to the hotel, but because it’s Goa, wind, storm, et cetera, and a lot of greenery would have made it a bit dirty.

    Roms are very small.. washroom is of 2 star category there is no parking .., Buffe breakfast is very small ,,service is very slow . Check out 11:00 ..where as every resort check out is 12:00
